Hoist movements scheduling in electroplating line

The thesis deals with optimization of hoist scheduling in electroplating line. It describes hoist scheduling problem with mixed-integer linear programming. Designed model can be used at linear electroplating lines which contain one or more hoists on shared track, allows multiple usage of single tanks within a cycle and line may be equipped with identical tanks used as parallel resources. This work also contains performance and price comparisons of several solvers for mixed-integer linear programming.
