This thesis deals with design and implementation of the equipment for vehicle tracking. Theoretical part of this document describes basic principles of GSM, GPRS networks and the system of satellite navigation GPS. Practical part of this document describes design and implementation of the mobile unit device based on module Siemens XT55. Next part references control module based on microprocessor HC12D60, which is used to control the mobile unit. Last objective is the implementation of the basic software, which can demonstrate function of the implemented device.
