Regulation of physical models by programmable logical controllers

This thesis aims at a plug-in control module produced by Allen – Bradley company. It serves as a part of the programmable logical computer for the control of technological processes. The control of two closed loops at once is its the most valuable capability. It also contains the large group of optional features. The objective of this work consists in observing the module feasibilities and in its implementation as a process controller for the control of system and laboratory models. The control system is draughted by ladder logic with the exploitation of the communication done between the programmable computer and the module by block transfers. Whole control loop is visualizated and the laboratory model also scaned by the web camera.
