Dynamic parameters identification of a model turbofan engine

The goal of this work was to identify the dynamic parameters of a model turbofan engine and to design a RPM controller. The data that were measured at the turbine were gathered by a purpose-designed data acquisition module built around the Motorola HC12 microcontroller. A data-acquisition and preprocessing program for the host computer was created in the C# language. The data-acquisition module and the host computer communicate via RS-232 serial bus.
