Quasi-definitive geomagnetic data production

The thesis provides a general introduction to issues of geomagnetic measurements.
The global view of processes, which take place at the Intermagnet geomagnetic observatory is introduced in order to produce geomagnetic data. The view is based on Geomagnetic Observatory Budkov. A standard SW solution was designed for this observatory. This solution allows a faster production of instrument baselines. The fast production of instrument baselines is the main requirement for production of quasi-definitive data. The implementation of prototype server part is provided for designed SW solution. The designed solution has been subjected to complex testing.
