Annotator of Long-Term EEG Records

The aim of this thesis is the proposal and implementation of software module, which enables viewing and annotation of long-term biomedical records. This module is a part of the developed graphical user interface for PSGLab. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and its goal is to give an overview of electroencephalography and creation of GUI in Matlab. The second, practical part includes a description of control and functions in the created module. Finally, the practical part includes verification of the functionality on real data.
