The modelling basically relied on first-principle analysis of the entire heating process with respect to radiative heat transfer, conduction and simple combustion is presented with an aim to get a structure of inner coupling obeying energy balance. Such a nonlinear and high-order model as a product of finite volume method is reduced to the feasible state-space form, which is commonly used by modern control tools, such as gas and slabs temperature estimator, predictive control and other. Application of this control design yields energy saving, reference temperature uniformity in straight manner.
