Bug fixing: Bug43157

Description of the task: Transition from the old deprecated log system ( written in C ) to the new one ( written in C++ ). With this purpose some files have to be modified based on the module of project, file type (.c or .cxx/.cpp) and some other aspects

1. in Evince 619509 I asked whether or not I can implement that bug I could reproduce, but since I was using older version of GNOME they replied me that it is fixed in new version;

Submitted patches for review the Bug 43157:
1 - turned out that these codes currently are not used
2 - verified and approved
3 - abondoned due to mistakes in the work
4 - to be verified
