Assignment

Since version 19 Firefox uses an integrated PDF viewer, PDF.js, to view PDF documents while browsing. While the PDF.js viewer makes browsing smoother, there still is area for improvement.

I would like to help to improve the PDF.js viewer by fixing a deficiency in handling UTF-8 encoded characters in links URI.
