The diploma thesis is focused on the design of the service ventilation in Blanka tunnel. The mathematical model of Blanka tunnel is particular described in this thesis. This model was used to program the air conditioning simulator. The critical situations, which can occur during the tunnel operation, were tested on the simulator. The simulator was finally used for the design of the optimization algorithm of the service ventilation. This simulator can be used after conversion during the realization of future tunnels.
