Testing as one of the main parts of developmental process requires often to be automatized because of the speed and accuracy requirements. During the electronic system test several variables as voltage or temperature are measured. Often we also require optical verifying of the system by a camera.

This thesis introduces the automated radio-testing system from e4t electronics for transportation l.t.d. The optical-recognition improvement of the testing system is proposed using the uEye camera. Selected tasks are implemented using the OpenCV image processing library. The camera serves as a technical support which allows speeding up and improving accuracy of the automated tests.
