The goal of this diploma thesis was to design catalog of models for teaching purposes of the Simulation and modeling subject, and to create interactive system for the models presentation in the Matlab-Simulink environment. The system should be designed as opened with availability of further extension. This work is based on diploma thesis “Katalog modelů orgánů“ by Tomáš Půža and “Katalog biosystémů“ by Jan Příhoda from the year 1995 and uses models from Matlab-Simulink environment that were created in these thesis. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. The part one is dealing with the system handling, configuration and extension. The second part provides the necessary information about dividing of installed models and demonstrates the system usage on chosen models.
