TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL FOR INDUCTION HEATING

The diploma thesis deals with realization of the system for temperature measuring and feedback control of Induction Heating. The first part goes through methods of temperature measuring and focuses on sensors suitable for Induction Heating. The middle part of the paper describes engineered equipment which is software as well as hardware. Within the project a portable measuring case of PLC has been developed, which controls power of supply for Induction Heating and also offers data exchange between a PC station and the process. A user interface has been implemented on the PC station to visualize data acquired from the process. The end of the thesis evaluates results come up from real testing of the developed system.
