This thesis deals with a tariff measurement of a power distribution rack. The measurement is executed by a programmable logic controller which enable us a monitoring of technologies. The all system should be pro-active and easily extensible. The thesis describes programmable logic controllers, work with WAGO I/O SYSTEM, software Control Web and communications protocols MODBUS and SNMP.
