This graduation thesis describes layout of hygrometer – the device for measuring humidity of gas. It describes a circuit solution of proposed hygrometer with data communication and process analog outputs. There is also marginally described firmware of the hygrometer which I wrote in the programming language C. The program is included in microprocessor ATMega32. Opening theoretical part is engaged in analysis humidity value and layout of compensation temperature coefficient. It was not elaborated yet. This theoretical knowledge was used for programming of the microprocessor.
