This master thesis has two goals. In the practical part it deals with a design of switching device of stimulator controlled by computer for deep brain stimulation which provides performance of another types of measurements. The theoretical part solves localization and modelling of hemodynamic response. The classical methods of identification, such as ARX model, and real data from functional magnetic resonance are used for modelling. This master thesis involves summary of general models of hemodynamic response too and a technical reader is acquainted with curative method called deep brain stimulation.
