In this document, control of a heat exchanger station without hot water storage is described. The exchanger station contains plate heat exchangers that are highly energy efficient. A simulation model of the plate heat exchanger station was developed in IDE Matlab. The control is realized by a PD controller with gain scheduling. The PD controller is produced in IDE Mosaic that simulates a programable logical controller. Visualisation is made in Reliance program, which also enables connection between Matlab (model) and Mosaic (controller).
