Communication bus LON (Local Operating Network)

Communication bus LON (Local Operating Network) is intended for applications, where extensiveness of network to communication speed is prefered. Its benefit is secured access to protected services. Communication protocol is named LonTalk. It is a collisional "Predictive CSMA" protocol. Base of each device operating in the LON network is a Neuron Chip processor.
Theoretical part of this thesis provides necessary information about function of the LonTalk protocol, analyses features of the Neuron Chip processors and briefly summarizes the base of Neuron C programming language. In second part of this document is speci�ed detailed design of the device which communicates over the LON, including the application.
