Purpose of this bachelor thesis is parameters identification of glycemic curve, acquired during the OGTT test. By the word glycemic curve we mean the trend of plasma blood glucose level. Laboratorial medical test OGTT significantly helps recognizing stages of diabetes (serious disease called diabetes mellitus) on humans. This work examines how to attain to a model that generates same results like OGTT.
