This thesis describes a new version of the Small Sattelite Platform electronics, its design and realisation. The platform is a device used to demonstrate spacecraft stabilization principles. Specifically, it is a reaction wheel principle, that this platform introduces. An feedback loop is used to control the wheel rotation and its speed is measured using an optical sensor. Since the measued signal is affected by ambient light an circuit for removal of this offset is designed in this thesis. Previous complex interconnection of modules of the platform electronics is simplified, an new printed circuit board is designed and then realised.
