Modular System for PSG Records Processing

The focus of this work is to design modular system for biomedical signal processing. Aim is to create graphical user interface for PSGLab Matlab toolbox to ease processing of multichannel records (EEG, PSG, etc.) and to allow user to effectively set parametres of individual methods. Realized solution consists of these main parts: modul for multichannel signal loading, signal segmentation, evaluation of features and classification. Simultaneously data structure for storing method setting and results was proposed. At the end of thesis functionality of realized GUI is demonstrated on set of real data.
