In this paper I will explore the design of simulation of a nonlinear system by fuzzy clustering algorithms, Fuzzy c-means algorithm and Gustafson-Kessel algorithm. In next part the way of simulation using Grafical User's Interface Fuzzy toolbox for MATLAB® is described. In next chapter the rules for Mamdani model from cluster projection are created and the results of created model are compared with the original nonlinear model and the accuracy of both algorithms is qualified.
