Usage of LEGO Mindstorms robots as an education tool - design of competitive tasks

This thesis discusses the possibilities of using LEGO Mindstorms robots as an education tool. It considers the current state, software and hardware of this building blocks. This thesis also includes the design of two new competitive tasks with their solutions and rules included. The end of this thesis is devoted to the web pages of the designed tasks.
