Standardization of the function for control of the intelligent houses and design of the function blocks

The bachelor work deals with the contemporary intelligent systems used for the
intelligent houses. The introduction includes the description of the intelligent houses as well
and the characterization of some basic terms related to the building automation.
The aim of this bachelor work is to create a summary of the most significant functions
and then to declare them as the default functions which are applied in the intelligent houses at
the present time. The application field is very wide from the lighting concept, safety technique
to the sun-blind or the gate control. In this work I tried to focus on the typical user and I also
tried to make the function blocks universal.
