The bachelor thesis allows look into the common used high-power switching devices, their advanteges and disadvanteges, that are now available on market. It also show practicall realization for measuring workplace for teaching. In the first chapter i show common used bipolar and unipolar high-power switching devices with their characteristics. In this part u can see their function too. In next part of bachelor thesis i show used schematics for measuring workplace, their function and requests to measure. There is also shown layout of preparation with used component. In the end of bachelor thesis are shown measures on preparations.
