The purpose of the work is to build a simple laboratory model for testing of new controlling methods for spatially distributed systems. In detail, the goals are to fix a thin 2 m long aluminium rod with heating elements and temperature readers and to design electronics of regulator. (Every cell of the regulator measures temperature from one sensor, controls switching of one tranzistor and communicates with adjoining cells.)
