Model of rewinding with fast motion control

Purpose of this thesis is to modify already existing model of rewinding machine, which was created as graduation thesis of Michal Roh. Main modification concerns use of Kinetix’s Auxiliary Feedback that covers connection of enkodér to servo drive’s Auxiliary Feedback connector and adaptation existing program for use of this feedback. Further is here theoretically described several possible electromechanical solutions of problem pressure of small variator disc to large variator disc even if machine is off. Solve this problem is needed for comfortable and safe tender of machine.
