Technological Process Model

The theme of the bachelor thesis is to design a real model of the given technological process including its control. The model simulates principles of a sorting production line and is realized by means of conveyor belts and sorting sliding transporters. Boxes trans- ported on the conveyor belts are filled up with various subjects and sorted on the base of their character. Current position of each box is detected by optical and incremental rotary sensors. According to the given goals of the bachelor thesis, only hand feed forward control of the model has been designed. Each element in the model is individually con- trollable as well as velocity of the conveyor belts and movement direction of the sliding transporters. The model has been designed with respect to the future PLC control.
