Control algorithms for environmental parameters of passive houses
Author: Petr Novák
The goal of the passive houses environmental parameters control is to reach acceptable microclimate conditions, which can't be obtained by excess energy consumption of the building. The environmental parameters are represented by temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, relative humidity and air pressure. The controller has to satisfy constraints and interactions between variables, which exist due to the HVAC system specific topology of passive houses. The thesis introduces design of fuzzy supervisory control algorithms, which realize nonlinear MIMO compensators for the generic passive house, and their control results and comparison. Time series of environmental parameters of a generic passive house were simulated using a dynamical model and the achieved results were evaluated. The thesis also contains sensitivity analysis of energy demand of the building on temperature set-point values.
